Felipe Whitaker de Assumpção

Graduated in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC) of São Paulo (1979), having matured during his course in law firms of repute like Campos, Salles, Portugal and Whitaker, and Barros, and Machado Meyer. He is fluent in English.

In 1979 he moved to the City of London, starting his 15 year career in the Financial Markets. He worked in Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance in renowned institutions like West Deutsche Landesbank Girozentrale, Bank Valbrás (with the CCF), Iochpe Bank / Bankers Trust. He was responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions Crefisul, and later joined the Corporate Finance Group of Bank Multiplic, as Deputy Director.

In 1994 he began his career in executive search, through the invitation made by Korn / Ferry International to Join as Principal, and after two years promoted to Partner. He was responsible for business development especially among the segments institutions.

He was invited by Spencer Stuart in 1999 to serve as Country Manager, P&L responsible for the operation of the Brazilian subsidiary, in the market since the 70's. During this period, leveraged the results of operation in an expressive way.

In these all-year career in executive search, he worked heavily on a wide range of segments, which includes, in addition to financial institutions, also consumption, Retail, Construction, Infrastructure and Industry, serving customers among which we include Dell Computers, Deutsche Bank, Unibanco, AGF, Camargo Corrêa, CPFL, AT&T, HSBC, Sugar Loaf, Traffic, Santher, Promon, Cia Vale do Rio Doce, Kibon, varing and Lojas Americanas, among others.

In early 2005, believing can better serve its customers, opened, along with Gladys and Giselle Zmcevich Zaha, the A2Z HR Consultants, based in Sao Paulo and active in executive search and assessment.

Giselle Bettamio Zaha

Presents more than 15 years in the executive search area providing advisory services to local and multinational organizations in the identification and attraction of senior level executives. She is a co-founder and Partner of A2Z Consultores, a local boutique established in 2005 and part of Diversifiedsearch/Alto Partners Group. Her previous experience includes over 10 years at Korn/Ferry International and prior to that six years at Price Waterhouse.

She has been conducting search projects in different markets such as: High Technology, Retail, Professional Services, Agribusiness, Logistics, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Private Equity, as well as Financial Services. Her extensive experience in searching for a variety of functional areas and different organizations provided her a deep understanding of corporate structures, cultures and needs in human capital. Part of her experience also includes helping start-up operations in Brazil by placing their senior management teams.

She has acquired her bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Faculdade de Economia e Administração (FEA) from Universidade de Sao Paulo – USP. She is also fluent in English, besides her native Portuguese.

Franco-Brazilian, borned in São Paulo, Philippe had his preliminar academical life done in French, at LYCEE Pasteur São Paulo, followed by a degree in business administration from FGV-SP with emphasis in Marketing and Finance-in1981.

Just after the conclusion of his MBA in HEC-Paris in 1983 with focus in Marketing and strategic Planning, he started his carrier in Marketing at L’oreal Paris. Back to Brazil and hired by Johnson & Johnson consumer division, where he worked for more than 13 years, he achieved significant results and was promoted as the youngest President within Johnson & Johnson Companies at the age of 38 years old.

In the last 15 years, Philippe acted as leading Executive President/CEO of international and national big corporations such as Directv, Santher and Cristalia, reinforcing his strategic vision and managerial skills, leading consistent growth, turn-arounds and corporate governance improving processes. During all of his work life as Executive, he has gained vast experience in segments that includes Consumer, Services, Paper industry, Pharmaceutical and Health.

Since 2008 Philippe works as Board member, certified by IBGC (Instituto Brasileiro Governança Corporativa) in family owned businesses, focused in improving Corporate Governance and assuring business growth.

In January 2011 Philippe joined A2Z, as a partner, to further improve and develop the “boutique”, full service proposal of the company.

Henning Von Koss


Henning Von Koss

Before entering executive search, Henning´s 25 year career included senior executive positions with Amil (Brazil´s largest Managed Care Organization) and Bayer Group in 6 different countries. His areas of experience include general management, strategy development, change management, turn arounds and start-ups in various industries: healthcare services, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, otc and animal health. Strong Global Network built during period of expatriation (Poland, Colombia, Germany, Venezuela, Peru and Ecuador).

Henning speaks fluent Portuguese, German, English, Spanish and Polish.

Bachelor in Language and Communication at São Camilo University of São Paulo and fluent in English, has worked for more than 10 years in Multinational companies in the Entertainment segment, where has acquired experience performing various functions including selection, recruitment, training of large teams and development of motivational programs. As an associate Consultant at A2Z Consultores since 2008 focusing on senior management positions, she has recruited managers, directors and CEOs for several industries.


Míriam Martins R. Amorosino


Mirim Martins R.  Amorosino

Bachelor in Psychology from Universidade de Guarulhos. Prior to A2Z Consultores, acted for five years in executive search with PMC Amrop, focused in recruiting managers, directors and CEOs. Worked also at large companies such as Natura Cosméticos and AgipLiquigás. She joined A2Z in 2005.


Fabiana Tamaki de Toledo


Fabiana Tamaki de Toledo

Bachelor in Public Administration from UNESP (Universidade Estadual Paulista) with graduate courses at FGV and BSP. Fluent in English, has more than eight years of experience in executive search, acquired at Spencer Stuart and Mariaca & Associates. During this period, she recruited CEOs, directors and senior managers for several industries, with focus in automotive and consumer goods companies. She joined A2Z in 2005.

Max AnnandHas strong experience in Brazil and Latin America as an executive at leading corporations and as an entrepreneur.

He joined JPMorgan in 1995 as a Financial Analyst. He worked for the Latin American division in Buenos Aires, São Paulo and New York City. In 1999, he continued his career in the Financial Services industry at HSBC Private Equity Latin America as an Investment Manager, based in Buenos Aires and São Paulo, where he had the opportunity to develop a deep expertise in assessing management teams and understanding companies’ key business drivers in different sectors of the economy.

In 2003 he became an entrepreneur in the Marketing and Advertising Services industry. Through his boutique marketing services agency based in São Paulo, with offices in Buenos Aires and Santiago, he developed and implemented regional marketing platforms for premium global brands such as Smirnoff, Ballantine’s, Nokia, LG and Pirelli in Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. He had the opportunity to lead multi-cultural teams and to develop successful business relationship with Consumer and Luxury Goods Industry senior managers as well as with Brazilian and Latin America top media networks.

In 2011 he joined A2Z Consultores as associate director. Max has an Accounting degree from Universidad Católica Argentina. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish and has basic knowledge of French and Italian.
